Massage and Yoga for Baby
Infant Massage has been a vital gift to parents throughout history in cultures around the world. Giving your child the gift of positive touch enhances their wellbeing. In this one hour class you will learn a routine for using massage and yoga to help you and your baby bond. Partners are strongly encouraged to attend as well as primary caregivers. Please bring two towels to class for the baby. Babies must be at least one month old to attend.
